When the United Soccer League (USL) brought a team to the Triangle, we stepped in to give the team a visual identity and launch party. The buzz around the Triangle was palpable and our work equaled the excitement.
The invitation to the big team name and logo reveal created anticipation of what the name could be.
The Carolina Railhawks logo uses vibrant colors and a bold illustration to pay homage to North Carolina’s indigenous hawks and the rail lines that run within earshot of the team’s home grounds. In fact, a train came by just as the logo was unveiled at the game. Sometimes the stars align!
All collateral for the event featured the new name and logo. There were two sets of materials – one for the pre-half-time excitement and another, featuring the logo, after the half-time reveal.
