We developed a brand position that gives Lennar a personality and voice that connects with people and their dreams. From that positioning, we created a branding campaign that taps into the highly emotional decisions people have to make when finding their home and empathizes with the buyer.
The campaign invites buyers to “live a little” in their dream home, allowing them to test drive a Lennar home before it’s even theirs. Custom photography and copy for the campaign focuses on the moments that make a house a home and celebrates the memories to be made. When it comes to homebuilders, quality construction is expected; but spending quality time in the home before you buy is unheard of.
